Yes, they are a Furniture Store but it appears that the owner may have a side hobby as well.

I bought a really good "A-4" bolt for an '03-A3 from a "Cutlery Store" once.

This is just a simple "Barska" base so it's no doubt available from other sources. My experience with items like this from Barska is that they're more than just "serviceable".

Here is how I did a cheap long eye relief scope on mine, Mosin LER. In post number 2, I have exactly what I used and where I sourced them (Amazon). I just checked and the links are still good.
