I'm just getting into reloading, and have converted a Model 99 Arisaka (early issue) 7.7 into a long distance shooter, and would like to do up some loads for it. I'll be shooting at targets at 200-300-600 yards, for the most part, though I may try out my rangefinder scope on elk/bear/moose in the future. I'd appreciated some suggestions as to the flattest shooting loads/bullets/tips, etc. for the target shooting, preferably with powders/primers available locally. I have some brass, and more on the way. I'm not concerned with 'killing' loads, for the time being.
