need more cylinder gap, Seattle-Everett area

I have a like new S&W Mod 51 (J frame in 22 Mag) with a tight cylinder gap, only .002-.003", after about 30-40 rnds. cylinder starts to jam up.
Looking for someone that can open up gap in Sea.-Everett area for a reasonable price, maybe slick-up the action as well.
