I'm assuming that you have already thoroughly cleaned the trigger assy and the bolt assy
next step is to look at the sear engagement of the firing pin
then go to the MFGs web site and any forum that specializes in 50 cal rifles and pose your question to other Vulcan owners. If it the firing pin spring you may be able to swap it out for a 'weaker' spring.
