Need help identifing brass

I got a bunch of brass that are exact dementions as a .357 mag but are longer by over .315 and cant figure out what they are. Anybody have any idea what they are?

They should be headstamped 357 MAX. It's very similar to a stretched 357 Mag, except it has a thicker head and web due to the high pressures this round operates at. It wouldn't be a good idea to shorten them and use as a 357 Mag unless you carefully worked up from minimum because of the lesser case capacity.
