Need Flash Suppressor Installed -AR15

I live in the Bellingham area. Does anyone know of a gunsmith in the Northwest part of the State who can thread the barrel and install a flash suppressor on my Colt AR15?

Anyone suggest a gunsmith NOT to go to??

Any info would be appreciated.
