Need FFL recommendation around Vancouver, WA (hopefully more affordable than the $50 shops)

I was hoping someone may know a cheaper FFL transfer place near Vancouver, WA that is cheaper than the usual $50. Looking to transfer a pistol to a buddy and trying to avoid the higher end $50 FFL fee. We would just go in, no shipping required.

For example, I knew some in Oregon that were like $25-$35.

Figured it was worth the ask, thanks for any insight.
