Need FFL in Vancouver for Suppressor transfer.

Does anyone have a good recommendation for FFL in or around Vancouver, I need it for a Suppressor (so I think it need to be class 3 capable)

Tried Blackwater and Ortwein Intl and both are a no go.

Did you ever find one? Joe is a great guy but not sure if he would do that now. He is slimming down his operations to only in stock items. I am waiting for a form 4 to go through with him now.
