4 something? Upper $400s? Most used "plain Jane bolt guns would be around there.New Savages can be had for not much more
I have a M70 that I won't part with because it won't bring what it's worth to me.It's a stainless and accurate enough to not sell it.
I would say mines worth around $500 bare or with a OK scope. Black/blue would be less
