Need a gunsmith for sight install

I have a 700 bdl in 300 win mag with a 26" semi bull barrel (thats what the box says) got this 15 or 20 years ago and really want open sights as a back up. Can anyone recommend a smith to do this? Im in Oregon City but will travel to get it done properly. Thanks Larry
