Need a Gunbroker.com friendly FFL in WA

The problem I came upon was an FFL who was afraid most of the transfers were illegal. The guns came without an FFL from the other end. I sent a signed FFL but the seller didn't include one with the gun. That FFL I used was cheap, $35 per gun, while the one I use now charges 10%. I was told by another GB user that there is info in the website the clarifies the matter, that it says the seller only needs the buyers FFL's paper. I don't know. Anyway, the cheap FFL in my area stopped doing transfers for me because they were afraid of either liability or the BATF.
