I need some work done on a ruger .25-06. Does you have somebody that you would recommend. I'm located in eugene but would send my rifle out to have it done right.

Many people give high praise to @Velzey, a regular user/contributor here.. he's out around Estacada.

Do you know if he could cut and crown a barrel?

Yes he could, and the price will be very reasonable too.

I'll chime in and HIGHLY recommend @Velzey
He does awesome work for a great price, very knowledgeable and just a great all-around gun aficionado. He is detailed-oriented and has treated the the guns I have brought him like his own.

Just on an educated guess, since cutting and crowning barrels is akin to bread and butter to a gunsmith, I'd say yes with some confidence.
