I'd personally clean it up, keep a couple and give the others out as gifts. Might be sometime before you run across them again, they seem to come and go.
This ammo (M30) was designed for the Steyr-Mannlicher M95/30 short straight-pull rifle.
No less than 9 variations (headstamps) of this cartridge were produced. Between 1895-1918 more than 3 million rifles were made for the Austrian-Hungarian empire, around 1930 Austria converted most of the M95 rifles to the more powerful 8X56R (M30). During WWII they were used by the Bulgarian, Hungarian, Italian armies and German police. A plant in German produced your cases 1938-1939. (single headed eagle)
Now and then Mannlicher rifles in this caliber are imported into the US along with ammo, so either there's a supply of cartridges around or they dry up and became scarce, do your homework. I've got you started.
Not scrap prices, but what someone is willing to pay, dictates the price.
