A well trained populace made up by the people, being well trained well armed and ready to not only throw back would be invaders or Govt or any other attackers on our rights
shall not be infringed IE: any laws against gun ownership are inherently unconstitutional and no judge has the right to interpret our rights away.
OR a well regulated militia that consists of the general public, being necessary to keep their state or nation free from tyranny or Judges
their right to keep and bear arms shall be infringed or laws passed against.
