my pc cannot access this site. IS it/me banned or something ?

I barely know what an IP address is,but...for a week now,I thought this site was down,turns out it's my pc that is having a problem hooking up with THIS site only. even if I google the name and try to get in from their,,I get internet error,cannot display the page.ONLY from my pc,and only this site.
any wild idea why a pc would do this ?

You need to do a good cleaning of your Registry and Internet Browsing History. I use performance tool kit from PC Tools. Woouldn't hurt to scan for viruses with your anti virus software either. Also look to see if Google has added any to your computer and disable them.

FINALLY got it. ! a box had gotten checked on my file cleaning thingy that kept old IP addresses..or some such thing like that.
unchecked the box,deleted files and cookies. and here I am !!

btw,it was the wife that figured it out,just like she always does. !!!!
