Congrats! Seems like a bad piece of machinery. I don't think you can get a more compact, high capacity 12g than the KSG, no matter what the kel-tec haters say.

Well I took it apart and it seems straight forward and simple. I didn't see any obvious weak points or design flaws. It feels nice and short. Very maneuverable and point able. Now to put on a sight system and see how it shoots.

Quick question, do the two internal magazines switch off, or does one empty first, then the other? Or is there a switch?

I couldn't tell if was manual or not. If it is manual you could put 00 Buck in one, and slugs in the other. That would be really handy.

You can switch back and forth between tubes. You could have say bean bags on the left tube,and when those don't work you can switch to the right tube and let loose with the buck shot., or you can fill them both with the same ammo and switch when one side goes empty. If you put the switch in the center it doesn't pick up from either side and you can put one right into the chamber,say a dragon's breath. capacity is 7X 2 3/4" or 6x 3" in each side plus 1 in the barrel for up to 15 total on board. Shells extract through the rear where they go in. It is made to work equally well for left or right handed people.

I ordered it in July and paid less than MSRP.They're going for $1500 plus on GB,or about twice what I payed. This one is not for sale. I waited 7 month's for it.

Let us know how she runs. I have been waiting for this one as well. I don't generally like Kel Tec guns but I might make an exception for a high capacity shotgun.

Holds 2x as many rounds. Can be used either left handed or right due to downward eject (I know there are others but most are right hand eject)
