Looking good! Noticed what appears to be a single car garage. Is that, perchance, for a fishing boat, RV, quad rider or possibly just a man cave for working on motors, gunsmithing, reloading or...?

The BBQ enclave looks mighty nice but the free standing trees look like trouble waiting to happen.
Any time you leav trees that have been surrounded by more trees,they haven't developed roots to be solo and will come down with enough wind.You would be better off cutting them down and planting new that will develop solo roots
