My first attempt...PICS

    This is my first attempt at dying furniture. Took about 7 hours total. Longest part was cutting the tape pieces. Let me know what you think. I plan to make more with different colors/patterns.

    This is thread that I looked at /\. Actually I had no intention of doing this project. I was originally looking for a way to dye the bright green plastic sheath on my Mora knife. I read in a knife forum about dying canvas micarta scales for the handles and wondered if I could dye my sheath. It was a no go, that sheath is impenetrable! Looking around some more I stumbled upon dying rifle furniture and the rest is history.

    1-2.5 minutes. Longer as you go to a darker color.
