So, I'm sure most of you already know that Rainier arms has an outstanding customer service record. I had heard the rumors, but honestly didn't think they would be this awesome. It started out with me getting a tip that Rainier arms had Northtech Billet lowers for sale so I went and checked them out thinking maybe if the price was reasonable I would start my first build. Not only were they in stock, but they were on sale too! I ran and got my credit card after creating an account and frantically entered all the information as quick as I could. All seemed well, my order went through and I got an email confirming it. I was stoked. I wait a few days and finally get an email from them letting me know that my credit card was declined and my order fell through(temporarily until I fixed my info). They gave me the chance to fix the issue (mistyped my expiration date) so that I could get my lower shipped out. My credit card gets charged and everything seems good. I get a tracking number and assume I'm to get my Northtech lower in a few days. Turns out, my lower was sold to someone else in the process of me fixing my credit info with them. Within a few hours I get a call from Terry at Rainier arms letting me know that all hope isn't lost and they have two other lower options for me if I was interested. I give them a call the next day and they let me know what I could choose from. I happily picked a forged Rainier arms lower which was cheaper than the billet and had a much better reputation. Less than 24 hours later I was given the credit for the difference on the lower and within 3 days of my phone call with Terry I got a confirmation that my lower was at the NW armory waiting for me to be picked up. In short; I absolutely love my stripped lower and my experience with Rainier arms. I will not hesitate to do business with them again or purchase more Rainier products. A glamor shot.
