for those that carry. HTTP:www.killology.com/sheep_dog.htm
A classic. Power to the sheeple! Woof!
Some of the sheeps get nervous when some of their number start puttin' on the dog. But when the wolf is near how they come running!
On Combat was a terrific read. I've got to PM you about getting out to that range when the snow clears up!
That's been floating around for a while now, but you're right: it's definitely a must-read. In fact, it's a must-read-twice.
maybe it could be made a sticky in handguns forum
Thank you for posting! It was a great read...will definitely share with my...trusting everybody, gun-hating, friends.
Has nothing to do with handguns, has more to do with a combat mindset.
True, perhaps I should clarify. Most of the ppl that I know that don't like guns also seem to be the ones that believe everyone is kind, and trustworthy, and that there is no reason to be carrying concealed weapons.
If you liked On Combat, try On Killing.... also, if you ever get the chance to hear him talk- its WELL worth the time and money.
Great read - blogged it!
I like this book also. Maybe the Anti-gun groups could think about this a little. Where does the money come from?
Summary of Grossman and DeGaetano's Stop Teaching Our Kids to Kill
And your point is????
Thanks for sharing. A fantastic read! It really made my day.
Thank you for posting this.
Outstanding read thanks for posting!
Best analogy I've read on sheep vs. sheepdog.
The sheepdog DOES have empathy. Not will to violence. This is really different from the analogies I've heard to date.
If normal people are sheep and the baddies are wolves and those that protect the sheep are sheepdogs. What are lawyers?
Very good read and so very true although it does bring up the lawyers. Wolf kills sheep, sheepdog kills wolf, wolfs mom sues sheepdog cause her wolf was a good little wolf who made a bad choice.
