Army IOTV IMPROVED OUTER TACTICAL VEST in Multicam OCP camouflage pattern, current issue body armor of the US Army. Vest has soft ballistic inserts capable of stopping 9mm sub machine gun fire(9x19mm +P+}, all pistol rounds, fragmentation, and lesser threats. The Iotv can also carry hard armor plates(SAPI/ESAPI), I have a very clean, perfect condition set of front and rear ESAPI Plates rated for 7.62 APM2 ceramic silicone boron plates that can be included for the right deal.
