Mud Flaps

    Awhile back someone was looking for mud flaps fo targets.I get some at work fairly often. they are used but some arent to bad. I'll save some if someone wants them. I am in SE Portland:

    Post up how they work. I'm very curious if a handgun round will go right through them or not. I have a 3/16" steel target hanging from a tree at my place but the steel will only take so many hit's before it starts punching holes and I don't want to use a heavier plate for fear of bullets coming back at me. The 9" 3/16" plate is light enough that all bullets hit the dirt when the plate is hit.
