Received as a gift, yet it's to small for my big head.
MSA ACH Standard Cut Level IIIA Ballistic Helmet in OD Green size large. This was purchased from a Surplus Store so this item is used. There are surface marks on it, but no mark goes very deep. Comes with internal velcro patches, two oblong pads, one trapezoidal pad, one crown pad, and one UCP camo cover. The pads are new or nearly new. I'll thrown in the chin strap it came with, but it only has three of the four screws and has seen better days.
