MR920 sight and slide release

I recently got an MR920 from Shadow Systems and have been running it through its paces.
I have two issues:
1). Front sight came loose. Do I use a standard Glock sight tool?

2). I have a high grip and sometimes push the slide release while shooting, which causes the slide to lock back. I understand that I can modify my grip. If that doesn't work, is there a lower profile slide release that I can install?
