If you don't have to move to Washington, don't.
30 to 40 years ago Washington was a wonderful place to live.
Now it is no different than California............maybe worse.
As for firearms?
You don't have any.

Moving to Washington now is like jumping into a time machine to 1980's California. No "assault weapons" ban, no evil magazine ban, but potential legislation lurking.

So from what I know is Washington only keeps records of pistol PERCHASE.
They say no gun registration but they do keep track of handguns.
But last I heard they where 3 years behind.
Lol so everyone should go out and buy a pistol tomorrow.
And put them 4 or 5 years behind lol

The benefit of the CPL is bypassing the waiting period on handguns.

I have a CPL AND ALWAYS WAIT.
the cpl never garanteed that you would not wait.
That is a myth .
The FBI DON'T CARE ABOUT A WASHINGTON STATE CPL.
if they say delay you are delayed.
And I get delayed every time

As we speak I am waiting on three guns.
10 business days each.
So I get one on the 4th then I two more after that 19th .

Welcome. Just don't vote for any anti-gun politician and vote down any bill/initiative that wants to put any restrictions on firearms. cause they're all just pieces to the total ban puzzle and if you don't look at it far enough back to see all of the pieces coming together, then you might mistake it for the sheep it's dressed up as to sell to the masses rather than the wolf it really is.

You're a bit late though...state is already on a steep downhill slope. Us natives are already packing up and leaving this state as it has already been californiacated.

My suggestion is keep going until you hit a free state. This one seems to be going more socialist every day. You're already packed, so just keep going. Towards freedom that is.

There is pending legislation to ban the sale of all semiautomatic rifles, including 10/22's and old Remington self loading 22's from the 1920's. Buy what you want now.

And hope they dont throw out grandfathering already owned firearms.
