In the immortal words of my first love, "DON'T COME!"
Sorry honey, I'm coming.
And I will say never report or register what you have .Not yet you don't...
As of Jan. 1, 2019 WA CPL holders will no longer be exempt to the 10 day waiting period requirement for handgun purchases. All handgun purchases in WA will require a ten day wait, regardless of if you have a CPL or not.The benefit of the CPL is bypassing the waiting period on handguns.
I have a CPL AND ALWAYS WAIT.As of Jan. 1, 2019 WA CPL holders will no longer be exempt to the 10 day waiting period requirement for handgun purchases. All handgun purchases in WA will require a ten day wait, regardless of if you have a CPL or not.
The only thing that went into effect January 1 was the 21 year old thing to buy a simi auto RifleI remember seeing a @SportingSystems post reporting that the new NICS procedures were delayed until July 2019.
FUNNY how the Colt six shooter was a big part of the start of California.View attachment 543119
This is my last California handgun, got it in a trade, picked it up today.
Colt Peacemaker in 22LR.
I will PM you my address. Please bring any and all of your guns over here for safe keeping (and occasional use...gun range only, of course).I'm moving to Washington in a few days and I have several rifles and pistols.
Do I have to do anything like report what I have or re dros the Firearms?
Any recent law changes?
Thanks.
And hope they dont throw out grandfathering already owned firearms. There is pending legislation to ban the sale of all semiautomatic rifles, including 10/22's and old Remington self loading 22's from the 1920's. Buy what you want now.
