Picking up the family and moving to Washington. However, I just wanted to make sure I got a few things right.
No registration, so there's no need to tell them I'm moving in with guns.
No AWB, so I can configure my AR into a usable rifle.
No magazine capacity limits.
CPLs are issued by the state, and it's shall issue.
State preemption, so no local BS to deal with.
Suppressors are legal to own, and shoot as of 2011.
SBR/SBS are not legal, however AOW is.
Can not carry a loaded rifle in your vehicle, even with a CPL.
Did I miss anything? How are the knife laws there? California is pretty good on knives, we can carry any sized folder concealed, and any sized fixed openly. However there is no knife preemption, so locals can make further restrictions but that's not usually an issue.
