Check out Marysville, it's a growing city but still can have that small town feel. Over all the city is well funded/managed, The South end of the city is better, more newer homes, away from the big box stores and casino = less traffic & less issues. I've lived here for about seven years and truly enjoy the neighborhood, it's quite yet close to everything. Oh and there is a Cabela's in Marysville
What is your price sensitivity? What is your commute sensitivity? Do you want city or a bit more rural? Do you have kids such that school districts might be a consideration?

I thinking to rent apartments or little house whatever will fit in my 1100 budget. I have 2 kids one of them have to start preschool this year. I'm looking for quiet areas with less bars, night clubs and gang activity. I hear North Everett and South Marysville is not good place to be.
I don't know why anyone would want to avoid Casino Road in Everett.
