You are indeed wrong,

Colt makes a civilian "M4 Carbine" marked lower and that is the one i am looking for . not the NFA ones .

You can stop by at Curts even certain Fred Meyer stores and pick a complete Colt "M4 Carbine" marked semi Auto M4 carbine for around $900-1000.
