Mossberg fail to feed

I have a Mossberg SA 20 that is failing to feed. It seems the elevator isn't rising high enough to feed the shells to chamber. Any ideas?

is there a chance you're feeding it 3" shells but it's only designed for 2 3/4"?

edit: nvm, that's a 20ga, looking at their website. Same idea, maybe different lengths

Tried running both. Looks like its a mechanical issue with the bolt release. And yes, it was thoroughly cleaned (before anyone asks). Since it's new, I'm going to let the retailer handle it.
