Mossberg 500 20 Gauge with two barrels and extras

Hi there, I've got a Mossberg 500 in 20 gauge for sale. I'm the original owner, and its in very good shape, I've barely used it, hell I've even got the original box for it! It has a slight scratch on the bottom of the magazine tube (shown in the picture below), but otherwise it looks close to brand new. I've shot less than 100 rounds through it. It comes with a 18.5 inch cylinder bore barrel and a longer 26 inch ribbed dual bead barrel, and It comes with the magazine plug and choke removal tool.
Ammowise, there's 29 rounds of birdshot, 20 rounds of #4 Buckshot, and 9 rounds of slugs

I'd like to get $250 for the whole set up. I browsed through the shotgun section, and I think that's a fair price. I paid $320 including tax for the two barrel setup, and the buckshot/slugs were a dollar a round, so I'm already taking a pretty big hit on the price. Not looking for trades, because I need the cash. FTF in Bellevue/Seattle, and must have a WA Driver's license (I'd prefer if you had a CPL/Good guy card though). I'd like to make a bill of sale just for my personal records. Thanks!
