Hello NWF!
My dads sixty-first birthday is coming up, and since I am a cash-strapped student I'm looking to sell a couple of my rifles.
Both are in great condition, with any blemishes in appearance pictured.
The Howa M1500 was my first hunting rifle, but since upgrading to a .300WSM I haven't even brought the ought six out for target practice. It comes with the standard Hogue stock, very grippy and a very comfortable recoil pad. I can add a low end 3-9X Bushnell scope and rings/mounts depending on the offer.
The Mossberg 464 has been my hiking partner for the last 3 years. I've taken everything from yotes to cougars with it, and I have to admit I prefer this 30-30 to my dads Pre-'64 Winchester (don't lynch me
). There's a ding in the stock and a blemish on the barrel from taking a bad spill down a hillside, other than that, it's in premo condition.
Now here's the thing, I'm looking for $350 per rifle, but that's open to offers. But my dad has a growing interest in acquiring a M4-type rifle. I'd be willing to take a trade for both, plus whatever ammo I have and the scope for the 30-06.
