Since they sound like they are in great condition, I assume all the numbers are matching, are they counterbored?

Those are excellent prices, even for someone with an 03, as you have the chance to see the rifles in person vs luck of the draw with mailorder. I have seen an Eastern European site with actual no-kidding brand new Mosins for sale but they were much more expensive. I just bought a 'new' Finn M91 last week or I'd be all over this.

I purchased a very nice 1943 Tula 91/30 hex from Andrew at the Portland Gun Show. It is in great shape with an excellent bore. I would not hesitate to buy from him again in the future.
