Unfortunately I don't have any info to provide. MOS last year was held in August (historically held in May). The last match I attended was September of last year and due to a falling out with TCGC, I terminated my membership the following month, so I'm not much help at all.

I would assume it there was going to be a MOS this year, it would be held in August again. The match director can be reached through the TCGC website via the club calendar.

Nick has not set a date yet. Most likely August but no word yet. Best option is to come to the matches to keep up with things. Otherwise he doesn't promote it.
