It just goes to show that for some untold reason that LE and the justice department are not doing a very thorough job of keeping track of these felons. Why on earth did the decide that 3 strikes was a good enough reason to let these fools go out & do what they want two more times???
If the jails are overcrowded then build more, there is no excuse to letting criminals out of jail before their sentence is done!!! NONE!!!

Plenty of jail space in Washington. The cities are releasing inmates early to save money. I have many many stories ......... but I love my job too much to pass them on.

One example: We had a guy that was maximum security and required 2 armed officers for escort (looog history of DV) that needed emergency surgery. Judge asks my partner "So if I understand correctly if I release Inmate X we will still have to pay for emergency room visit but not the surgery? My partner says yes, judge says case dismissed.
