Hey, I logged on today and realized that I cannot post on the classifieds except my own posts. The only option that shows up is "Reply with Quote" but when I try to even do that, it says I have insufficient privileges to access the page. Could you tell me what this is all about? Thanks

a slight summary:

No posts in a thread in the classifieds except for the original poster (allowed to bump once every 7 days). Original poster can modify their original post to add additional information and/or pics.
