looted - wrongfully emptied or stripped of anything of value.

1) The business has insurance.
2) Think of it as "Reparations".
3) The police have a standing order to NOT chase you. If, the chase endangers the public. Wink, wink...
4) Even if caught. The DA is your friend.
5) No Justice, No Peace. The community has your back.
6) If Obama had a son.
7) If convicted, it's only a property crime. You'll be out in no time flat.
