I need ones with electric brakes. 3" round tube style. Tires would be a plus if they are the 14 ply trailer ones, not the ones marked "mobile home use only".
Willing to travel a bit from Portland for up to three axles in good condition.

Nope, just rebuilding a great all steel car trailer that needs new axles. I have a bunch of like new 14 ply tires and wheels, just need to custom fab some new axles.
The older mobile home axles were made to be reused and are getting hard to find since all the new manufactured homes have throw away axles/brakes that you can't buy parts for.

I have a pair of Dexter 3500 lb axles and one set of hubs, no brakes if you're interested.
