MK X interarm action

I have a MK X interarm action that I purchased from a good friend with the hopes that I would someday build a 375 H&H on it. I dont see it happening and currently I have other interests - not sure how much longer I am going to pursue elk. SO here is my MK X action - it is missing the trigger guard screws but other than that it is as I recived it several years ago. I need to verify but I think it is a Whitworth. It has never had a barrel screwed onto it. I am asking 300$ or best offer. What I am trying to fund is some 1911 work on a pistol I picked up so that would be doable as well.
