I had an issue with a millett TRS-1 scope. The elevation knob marks wouldent always line up with the lower mark to tell what number/hashmark you were on... anyways I sent it in to bushnell with a $10 check, and waited.
The lady at bushnell told me to ship just the scope and nothing else with it. I had been almost 2 weeks and yesterday I got a package in the mail, a brand-new scope in the box with all the goodies along with it!!!! free of charge, the new scope is 100% so far, and they said if there is any other issues sent it back!!!
I was a little nervious because I had already painted the scope camo, and sent it that way.
The $10 for shipping was well worth it, the package sent back said $14.97 for shipping cost...
I give bushnell and millett an A+
