12:00pm the match begins

Four Corners Rod and Gun club: 7695 Babcock Street Southeast, Salem, OR

Gates open 11:00am for setup we could use your help
12:00 pm match begins
$3.00 member's $5.00 public (this shoot is open to the public)
Rifle shoot 5 classes will be setup
Military rifle models will be era original equipment only.
1. Bolt action, 2. Semi auto, 3. Carbine...
Sporterized rifles will be that have been modifications from the original design
4. Scoped, 5. Iron sights
We will be shooting between 100 to 200 yards
We will be shooting in the grass so bring something to lay down on.
Ammo: 30 rounds
We will be shooting off hand, kneeling and prone. For those that cannot shoot kneeling and prone a chair can be used.

We will be shooting between 100 to 200 yards

Did anyone go to this? Did they shoot through the silencer barrels?

I thought there was a strict rule about using silencer barrels.

This "military rifle shoot" looks something I might've really enjoyed.

On the verge of rejoining ARPC, just hoping against hope for a miracle so I don't have to spend two hours on the road every time I want to shoot.

Really outrageous there is nothing for people in the Dallas area.

It kills me how lame this club is

i would blame the lameness on the city folk moving out of city limits and b!tching about noise... one reason i wont join this club is the ridiculous rules they have there.

^^^^I agree, who buys a house next to a shooting range and complains about the noise? Those people should be publicly flogged for being selfish and inconsiderate on a shocking level.
