Military, missed the seasons, looking for bear suggestions

Hey folks,

This year I spent a bunch of time scouting and prepping for hunting season. Then the military decided it was a good time to send me across the country for two months. So I missed deer and elk season. I still have my bear tag. Any suggestions on where I should go for bear? I'd like to get at least a little hunting in for the few days remaining in the year.

I got a spot NE of Prineville, saw bear regularly while I was hunting deer/elk.
Also I think you still have archery deer on the west side?

I'm not proficient enough (yet) at archery to ethically hunt. So this year is just rifle.
