I have a brand new Mega Machine Shop Flat top Upper with M4 feed ramps. It has a Stag Arms upper parts kit installed. Has been set on a lower and has had a BCG and charging handle set in it. Never been fired, never had a barrel mounted or anything mounted on the top rail.
