This is the law of the land.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

And what does that mean, from the legal standpoint ? Are you aware that you don't have a right to a jury trial in civil cases even though it's enumerated in the Bill of Rights ? Or how about Privileges and Immunities of the citizenship from the 14th ? Just repeating "shall not infringed" won't change the law.
