I'm also interested whether this is still available. Shotshell reloading is pretty easy. I'm considering getting back into it after a two decade hiatus.

Pics don't show a booklet, you will want a third-party manual anyways.
These do reload high brass. In order to to reload steel shot would have to special order a #8433 steel shot kit from MEC. (From Brownell's Q&A).
