One Marion county lady told me " we've got enough kitchen FFL dealers in the area and we don't need another one."

So it's not just one agency but a whole mess of people who are hell bent on making sure the 2nd amendment is made irrelevant.

It's a whole system of unfriendliness that needs to be fired and changed.
Who is she to say what enough is? Someone makes their living off their FFL. And not every FFL sells guns anyways, some do repair/maintenance, some do machining, some even cerakote or bluing, etc. The fact is, getting an FFL is playing by the system and now they want to punish people for playing by it. It kinda makes people not want to play by their rules anymore.

The case of freeman1337 shows that this no longer works, they will send dive teams to find it if they want you bad enough.
Which brings us to our next point of them not having the resources to do any of this. Even if they wanted me bad enough (why?) then they'd have to pay a lot of money to source that help. Typical for Democrats in our state authoring bills to not understand the financial implications of their fantasies. They're accustomed to working public sector jobs where they're allotted budgets that often exceed their spending. They didn't think of where they money would come from.

As it relates to m114, boating accident, them not finding them I don't understand. I want to use at the range. I don't want to hide them in the closet.
Which is why they'll likely have to settle for something similar to WA has enacted which allows gun owners to use what they already owned before the bill became law, in a very limited fashion. Their aim is to take the whole cake so they can hand us back a very small slice.

A. I want to know the legality of specifing the circuit court for a bill to be challenged when it affects multiple jurisdictions.

B. I have to buy just one more gun before this gargabe lights up.

Get an AP5. They are awesome and equal quality imo to hk. Built on hk tooling. $849 check great deals or $1100 with trilug.
I have an AP5 fully loaded + Aimpoint optic and I think I still come in under the price of a stock SP5. Maybe not as many cool points, but just as fun to shoot.
edit: Even with my Griffin suppressor on tri-lug + stamp, it's still less

Yeah been looking at those but the zenith stuff is close enough to HK price for me, the mke ap5 look good, but i think ive already settled on the buy once, cry once for a 9mm pcc :) Also only getting one.

Honestly, I was waiting for the prices on the HK to come down just a little bit more but dammit to hell if it isn't for these gun grabbing Democrats and back on topic I knew this was coming. I should've been shopping sooner..

Buy what you want. I prefer buy once and cry never personally. I have AP5 and Ap5p and I'm not crying, I'm smiling. Even with custom wood furniture and optic I'm a little over 1/2 the price of sp5k. Licensed by hk, made on hk tooling, by company that's trained by hk and has been making them for decades.

That's true for the US in general. As of last November, the US' gross national debt reached $36 trillion.
