No summer one anymore. Only December and March now.Polk County Fairgrounds in Rickreall, off Highway 99W (near Hwy 22, West bound). Winter is once a year, they also have a summer one too I think
I forgot it's now a spring one. Used to be the same weekend as the auto swap meet if it's not the first weekend in JuneNo summer one anymore. Only December and March now.
I thought I heard earlier today that Albany is now "WAS" and no longer. Maybe just the sponsored shows and not the ARPC show.I believe APRC show in Albany is first part of March and the next weekend is Rickreall .
Believe it's just the West Knodel shows that will leave. In January, is the East Lion Club show in Albany. Then March is ARPC.I thought I heard earlier today that Albany is now "WAS" and no longer. Maybe just the sponsored shows and not the ARPC show.
Ok, that's better news as I was under the impression that there would only be one show a year going forward.Believe it's just the West Knodel shows that will leave. In January, is the East Lion Club show in Albany. Then March is ARPC.
Not counting the Wes Knodel shows the ARPC puts on a March and September show and the Lions puts on one in January.Ok, that's better news as I was under the impression that there would only be one show a year going forward.
I'd say the 2 are very much interconnected, so far Measure 114 is stayed so it's business as usual for those of us that attend gun shows. That could change at any time. You'll just have to wait and see like everyone else.Is this thread about gunshows or 114?
Staying on topic is like herding cats around here
Adding to the above, when Oregon Appeals Court or Oregon Supreme Court overturns Raschio's decision, it will mean essentially the end of Oregon gun shows and of FFLs in Oregon because honestly I do not think the gun shops and gun show vendors are willing to work with Oregon State for permit to purchase system which as far as I know, still have not been developed/setup nor training for such for the "permitting agents".I'd say the 2 are very much interconnected, so far Measure 114 is stayed so it's business as usual for those of us that attend gun shows. Since Measure 114 is related to any firearm topic discussion in Oregon, I vote we merge the entire site into one giant thread. Why have things separated into all these different sub-topics when they're all about guns, and anything gun related is connected to M114?I'd say the 2 are very much interconnected
There's still the federal hold on the permit system.Adding to the above, when Oregon Appeals Court or Oregon Supreme Court overturns Raschio's decision, it will mean essentially the end of Oregon gun shows and of FFLs in Oregon because honestly I do not think the gun shops and gun show vendors are willing to work with Oregon State for permit to purchase system which as far as I know, still have not been developed/setup nor training for such for the "permitting agents".
Is there? Citation? Far as I know, Immergut says 'constitutional"?There's still the federal hold on the permit system.
She put that on hold until the system is in place. Despite the state telling her it was ready immediately. Is there? Citation? Far as I know, Immergut says 'constitutional"?
So if the State tells Oregon Supremes (if Appeals affirms Raschio's decision) that the system is "in place" then...?She put that on hold until the system is in place. Despite the state telling her it was ready immediately.
No, it's two separate suits. When the state supreme strikes Raschio, we have the federal hold until the permit system is live.So if the State tells Oregon Supremes (if Appeals affirms Raschio's decision) that the system is "in place" then...?
The State could make it go "live" minutes after Raschio is struck down, either at Appeals or Supreme level. I do know the Fed case is under appeal to the 9th, though? No, it's two separate suits. When the state supreme strikes Raschio, we have the federal hold until the permit system is live.
