I think I heard him say something about a 2 day deadline when he temporarily benched the second witness. I don't know if he was getting at an overall deadline or for that witness specifically.

Plaintiffs outlined for 2 days. Defense for 2 days... so if everything goes to plan... a 4 day trial.

He was just mentioning not dragging out the defenses request since he wants to adhere to the limited 2 day window for the plaintiffs side.

Remote witnesses through webex interface and they can selectively unmute their mic's to testify. I'm not sure what that has to do with chat... other than maybe they don't want the witnesses distracted... or view any input from the public(?)

ETA: Anyone that attended the federal trial heard the same objections from the state.

They'll be back trying the same thing with every single witness for different reasons. For Ashley, they will attack her based on her husband's occupation. Probably before closing.

Ashley HIebinsky from the Cody Firearms Museum is testifying. Her testimony is supportive of repeating firearms and magazines existing during the 1850-1851 time period.. Not what the State wants to hear. BTW magazines are not accoutrements .
