Plaintiffs outlined for 2 days. Defense for 2 days... so if everything goes to plan... a 4 day trial.

He was just mentioning not dragging out the defenses request since he wants to adhere to the limited 2 day window for the plaintiffs side.

The case is starting today! I believe the state case is the strongest to overturn 114 because our state constitutional protections are even more explicit than the 2nd amendment. Hopefully the proceedings that are underway now will make 114 and all the impulse buying we ancient history.

Remote witnesses through webex interface and they can selectively unmute their mic's to testify. I'm not sure what that has to do with chat... other than maybe they don't want the witnesses distracted... or view any input from the public(?)

Ashley HIebinsky from the Cody Firearms Museum is testifying. Her testimony is supportive of repeating firearms and magazines existing during the 1850-1851 time period.. Not what the State wants to hear. BTW magazines are not accoutrements .
