Is this the Sig compatible model and is it the whole kit (rail cutters) or just the jig?

It's the whole kit that retails for about $200. I bought it several years ago, but never even unboxed it completely. I don't know if it will do Sig frames or not. The instructions call it the "Matrix Rail Cutter ver. 14".
