Pretty much like new, only put about 300 rounds through it of CCI Mini-mags. Functions perfection and ridiculously accurate. Case, all books, manuals and even the two stickers it ships with as well as an addition magazine from Marvel making a total of two.

Is it the steel or aluminum version, and is it a lockback model?

Aluminium, as far as I know, only the Unit 1's can be had in steel. It also is not a lockback model (again, pretty sure you have to buy the unit 1 for that).
