    Most of us have the propper training for combat. We also should train in the healing arena. As you stand there, Bring your hands up to your

    eyes and do a "close". Slowly guiding the palms down to the belt line. Breathing slowly. Again. Relax,Breath, Feel the earth and do nothing extra.
